The client will sit comfortably on a chair. Meanwhile, the practitioner will place their hands on or above different areas of the client's body.

This will stimulate energy flow and rebalance, the client may feel a range of sensations from hot to cold or tingling. During the session the client will have a deep sense of calm and relaxation. The sessions are usually 30 minutes long, depending on the number of employees interested in receiving a Reiki healing on the day.

Your Reiki practitioner will be available for the duration of the day ( 9am - 3pm) to offer up to 8 individual sessions.
